Yes! We are open every day, including Sundays and public holidays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No, you actually only pay the prices shown for the bike rental or the guided bike tours. There are no longer any booking or service fees added to the price. This sets us apart from most of our competitors in Hamburg, where you still have to pay a service fee. Shortly before the booking is completed, additional fees are added. Not with us! We do not charge any additional fees for booking.

Newer is not possible. Our bikes are replaced every season and are therefore as good as new and always in top condition.

We are located right in the center of Hamburg and close to the main train station. If you're arriving by subway, we recommend taking the U3 (yellow line) and getting off at the "Hauptbahnhof Süd" station. It's only about a two-minute walk away. Otherwise, you can also take any other subway line to the main train station.

Yes, that is possible. In addition to cash payments, we also accept EC card payments.

Yes! If you would like to leave your luggage with us during your tour, we offer this service free of charge.

Bike rental

A rental day is a full 24 hours. In other words, if you rent a bike at 11 a.m., for example, the price is valid until 11 a.m. the next day.

The start and end of our bicycle city tours is usually at Schultzweg 7, 20097 Hamburg, unless otherwise agreed.

In this case, we will definitely meet at our store and then see how the weather develops. Most of the time the shower passes so we can get started. You are welcome to borrow rain ponchos from us free of charge.

Yes, prior registration is required to participate. We have to check whether there are still places and bikes available for the desired date.

Sure, of course. From €272 (for up to 8 people) we also carry out our guided bike tours for individual groups at desired times, provided a tour guide is available.

Bicycle tours can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days in advance, after which 50 % of the costs will be charged. If canceled within 24 hours before the start of the tour, the full price will be charged.
