Yes! During the season we are open every day, including Sundays and public holidays, from 9:30 am to 6 pm. We take a break in winter – currently until March 2027.
No, you actually only pay the prices shown for the bike rental or the guided bike tours. There are no longer any booking or service fees added to the price. This sets us apart from most of our competitors in Hamburg, where you still have to pay a service fee. Shortly before the booking is completed, additional fees are added. Not with us! We do not charge any additional fees for booking.
It doesn't get any newer than this. At Happy Bikes, we focus on the highest quality. That's why we replace our entire fleet with new models every year.
We are located right in the center of Hamburg and close to the main train station. If you're arriving by subway, we recommend taking the U3 (yellow line) and getting off at the "Hauptbahnhof Süd" station. It's only about a two-minute walk away. Otherwise, you can also take any other subway line to the main train station.

Newer is not possible. Our bikes are replaced every season and are therefore as good as new and always in top condition.
A rental day is a full 24 hours. That means if you rent a bicycle at 11 am, for example, the price is valid until 11 am the next day.

All other tours are private Bike tours exclusively for your group – from €312 (for up to 8 people), you choose the date and start time. You can also book Best of Hamburg as a private tour.
Of course. All our themed tours and the individual bike tour are private tours just for your group, and you can also book the Best of Hamburg tour privately. Starting at €312 (for up to 8 people), we'll conduct the tour on your preferred date and time, provided a tour guide is available.
Public Bike tours can be cancelled up to 2 days in advance with a cancellation fee of 10 percent. For cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start, the full price is due.
Private Bike tours can be cancelled up to 5 days in advance with a cancellation fee of 10 percent. For cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start, the full price is due.
