General terms and conditions for bicycle tours with Happy Bikes

Subject of the contract:

The contractual obligations arise from the confirmed registration, the order confirmation and the underlying advertisement on the website/in the flyer. Any additional agreements require written confirmation from the landlord.

Cancellations & number of participants:

The customer may withdraw from the contract before the start of the service. Cancellations or rebookings made up to 7 days before the tour start are free of charge. From 7 days before the start date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date, the full agreed price will be charged.
Groups of 8 or more people can reduce the number of participants free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts.

Guided bike tours:

It is mandatory to follow the tour guide's instructions. On guided bike tours, exact adherence to the route and sequence cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change the route or adapt the program due to events or closures. The tours operate in all weather conditions as long as the safety of the participants is guaranteed. Weather-related changes to the itinerary are the responsibility of the tour guide conducting the tour, provided that the time and content of the booked tour is maintained.

Security:

Participation in our guided bike tours is at your own risk. The participant must comply with the traffic rules. The organizer is not liable for damage caused negligently or intentionally. The participant must be physically and mentally able to use a bicycle and participate in traffic.

Limitation of liability:

The participant is responsible for the operational safety of the rental bike before starting the journey. Our liability for damage caused by the customer is excluded.
