General terms and conditions for bicycle tours with Happy Bikes

Subject of the contract:

The contractual obligations arise from the confirmed registration, the order confirmation and the underlying advertisement on the website/in the flyer. Any additional agreements require written confirmation from the landlord.

Cancellations & number of participants:

The customer can withdraw from the contract before the service begins. There are no costs if you cancel or rebook up to 48 hours before the tour date. From 48 hours before the appointment, 50% cancellation fees apply. If canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, the full agreed price will be charged. The following applies to group bookings: If individual participants are cancelled, the new number of participants must be communicated to us by email at least 24 hours before the start of the tour, otherwise the booked number of participants will be charged.

Guided bike tours:

It is mandatory to follow the tour guide's instructions. On guided bike tours, exact adherence to the route and sequence cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change the route or adapt the program due to events or closures. The tours operate in all weather conditions as long as the safety of the participants is guaranteed. Weather-related changes to the itinerary are the responsibility of the tour guide conducting the tour, provided that the time and content of the booked tour is maintained.

Security:

Participation in our guided bike tours is at your own risk. The participant must comply with the traffic rules. The organizer is not liable for damage caused negligently or intentionally. The participant must be physically and mentally able to use a bicycle and participate in traffic.

Limitation of liability:

The participant is responsible for the operational safety of the rental bike before starting the journey. Our liability for damage caused by the customer is excluded.
