Our bike tour starts off relaxed at Happy Bikes – and after just a few pedal strokes, we'll immerse ourselves in one of Hamburg's most beautiful areas. We'll cycle along the Elbe Cycle Path, right by the water, always with an unobstructed view of the Elbe and the passing ships.

Passing by verdant stretches of riverbank, we reach Entenwerder Park – a true gem in the heart of the city. Here, lush greenery, nature, and open spaces dominate the landscape. Perfect for taking a breather together, marveling at the scenery, and for a short break as a group.

Our route then takes us to the Elbe island of Kaltehofe. This unique island combines industrial history with stunning natural beauty and offers an almost surprising tranquility – a true highlight of our tour. Here we'll enjoy a relaxing coffee break, soak up the island's special atmosphere, and recharge before continuing on our way.

Finally, we reach the Rothenburgsort district, where water, history, and urban life converge. This tour showcases Hamburg's diversity: close to nature, relaxed, yet bustling with life – ideal for groups wanting to discover Hamburg's green side.

We start this tour at our location at Schultzweg 7. This is located directly in Hamburg city center and is within walking distance of the main train station, the town hall and the famous shopping street “Mönckebergstrasse”.

If you are arriving by public transport, we recommend getting off at the "Hauptbahnhof Süd" (Main Station South) subway station on line U3 (2-minute walk). Alternatively, you can also take any other line to the main train station.

Where do the guided bike tours start?
The start and end of our bicycle city tours is usually at Schultzweg 7, 20097 Hamburg.
Do I have to register in advance for a guided bike tour?
Yes, prior registration is a prerequisite for participation. We have to check whether there are still places and bikes available for the desired participation date.
What happens if it rains on the day of the bike tour?
In this case, we will definitely meet at our store and then see how the weather develops. Most of the time the shower passes so we can get started. You are welcome to borrow rain ponchos from us free of charge.
Can we also book a private bike tour?
Of course. We also conduct our guided bike tours for individual groups at times of your choosing.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Bicycle tours can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days in advance, after which 50 % of the costs will be charged. If canceled within 24 hours before the start of the tour, the full price will be charged.
